2. General information on data processing

We generally process visitors’ personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and to handle inquiries. This website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing purposes and does not embed any analytics services.

3. Hosting (Netlify)

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Netlify processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser type) in server log files. The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of the website). Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 4. Contact and partnership inquiry forms

If you use our partnership inquiry form, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, phone number or country where applicable, subject or type of partnership, and message) solely to handle your inquiry. The form data is transmitted and stored technically via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., see above). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to handle the inquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4a. Application check and application form

The application check runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not transmitted to or stored by us. If you submit the application form after passing the check, we process the data you provide (first and last name, mobile number, email address, confirmation of your German skills, optional message) and the automatically generated check code, which contains a short profile of your test result and technical setup. The sole purpose is to carry out the application process. The data is transmitted and stored technically via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., see above). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). We delete the data no later than six months after the application process has ended, unless you consent to longer storage.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the personal data you send is processed solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

6. Appointment booking (HighLevel)

For online appointment booking, we link to booking pages provided through the HighLevel platform (HighLevel Inc., USA; domain book.conversius.ai; calendar embedded from api.leadconnectorhq.com). Only when you follow the link and enter data there (name, phone number, email address, chosen time) is it processed, in order to schedule the appointment and send you confirmation and reminder emails. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. HighLevel processes the data on our behalf as a processor. These services are not embedded on this website itself.

7. Local storage (preferences)

We store only your own preferences in your browser (localStorage): your chosen language, whether you have paused animations, and whether you have dismissed the notice about another language version. No data is transmitted to us or to third parties in the process.

8. Fonts

The fonts used are loaded locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google servers or other third-party providers.
